什么是外泌体?
外泌体(Exosome)是一种由活细胞分泌到细胞外环境的膜性小囊泡(30-150nm),是细胞间信息传递的重要载体。外泌体天然存在于血液、脑脊液、唾液、尿液、乳汁、腹水等体液中,携带了多种miRNA、circRNA、mRNA 、蛋白质等重要信息,在细胞与细胞间的物质和信息传递中起重要作用,有望成为多种疾病的早期诊断标志物。
分离富集完整的外泌体颗粒是外泌体生物学功能研究的第一步,相较于传统差速超速离心法的操作步骤繁琐、耗时费力和硬件要求高,EZBioscience自主研发的外泌体快速提取试剂盒能够通过常规离心提取多种体液样本中的外泌体,同时确保外泌体的结构和功能完整性,可用于电镜检测、粒径分析、核酸分析、蛋白分析、细胞共培养等后续实验。

一、试剂盒简介
本试剂盒是专门用于提取血浆中外泌体的试剂盒,只需通过较低速度离心即可从血浆样本中分离出大量外泌体。与传统的超高速离心提取方法相比,提取效率较高且外泌体保持较完整的形态;同时提取过程所需要的时间更短、样本起始量更低。此外,由于本试剂盒采用了独特的纯化技术,在外泌体沉淀后,使用特制的离心过滤装置对外泌体进行了纯化,因此使用本试剂盒提取的外泌体,可以用于以下实验:RNA提取(及后续的RT-qPCR、测序、芯片检测),蛋白质提取及检测等实验。
