另外, 刺突蛋白的研究中也发现,TMPRSS2 可活化 SARS-CoV-2 的刺突蛋白,帮助刺突蛋白结合细胞上的蛋白;当使用TMPRSS2抑制剂,可抑制病毒入侵细胞,因此该发现有机会成为潜在的治疗方式,相关研究也发表于Cell期刊(Hoffmann et al. Cell 181, 1-10 (2020)。GeneTex提供ACE2、TMPRSS2抗体及TMPRSS2抑制剂,研究刺突蛋白与受体的反应。
