硝酸纤维膜
硝酸纤维膜
孔径为0.45μm的硝酸纤维膜推荐用于大多数分析型转印，包括蛋白、ssDNA和RNA转移。0.2 um的硝酸纤维膜可用于转移小分子量蛋白(<15kD)或核酸，能避免由于膜转移而导致的样品损失。
载体硝酸纤维膜
载体硝酸纤维膜由100%纯硝酸纤维在惰性合成载体上铺制而成，是用于核酸和蛋白的固相载体，能反复标记和高压灭菌( 121°C )。
硝酸纤维素（NC）膜是蛋白和核酸杂交最常用的印迹膜。Bio-Rad 0.2 µm 孔径的NC膜是致密的 100% 硝化纤维素，已被验证是用于Western、Northern和Southern杂交的优良介质。它具有简单易用，可快速在水溶液中润湿，并且没有普通NC膜常见的脆性。 孔径为 0.45 µm 的硝酸纤维素膜推荐用于大多数分析型印迹，包括蛋白ssDNA 和 RNA 转印。
