iCIEF全柱成像毛细管等电聚焦系统及配套耗材、试剂

CEInfinite系统是基于全柱成像技术（Whole Column Imaging Detection,WCID）所开发。毛细管中的两性电解质在电场作用下形成PH梯度，蛋白质根据各自的等电点PI沿毛细管中的PH梯度进行分布，从而实现蛋白质的分离。这种毛细管等电聚焦的方式可实现蛋白质的极高效分离。
