| 背景资料 | Sialomucin core protein 24 also known as endolyn or CD164， is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CD164 gene. CD164 functions as a cell adhesion molecule. This gene is mapped to 6q21. The encoded protein also interacts with the C-X-C chemokine receptor type 4 and may regulate muscle development. Elevated expression of this gene has been observed in human patients with Sezary syndrome, a type of blood cancer, and a mutation in this gene may be associated with impaired hearing. |

- 5.额外洗板缓冲液 (neutral PBS 或 TBS。试剂盒内提供足量。如需额外缓冲液可参考如下配方)。
- 0.01M TBS: Add 1.2g Tris, 8.5g Nacl; 450μl of purified acetic acid or 700μl of concentrated to 1000ml H2O and adjust pH to 7.2-7.6. Finally, adjust the total volume to 1L.
- 0.01M PBS: Add 8.5g sodium chloride, 1.4g Na2HPO4 and 0.2g NaH2PO4 to 1000ml distilled water and adjust pH to 7.2-7.6. Finally, adjust the total volume to 1L.
