| 背景资料 | Carbonic anhydrase III (CA3) is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the CA3 gene. CA3 is a member of a multigene family that encode carbonic anhydrase isozymes. It is mapped to 8q21.2. The gene spans 10.3 kb and contains seven exons and six introns. Using a cDNA clone of the CA3 gene in the study of human-rodent hybrids, the gene was mapped to chromosome 8 which carries a cluster of CA genes. The expression of the CA3 gene is strictly tissue specific and present at high levels in skeletal muscle and much lower levels in cardiac and smooth muscle. A proportion of carriers of Duchenne muscle dystrophy have a higher CA3 level than normal. |

- 3.移液器和枪头。建议使用多通道移液器/排枪。
- 4.Eppendorf 管。
- 5.额外洗板缓冲液 (neutral PBS 或 TBS。试剂盒内提供足量。如需额外缓冲液可参考如下配方)。
- 0.01M TBS: Add 1.2g Tris, 8.5g Nacl; 450μl of purified acetic acid or 700μl of concentrated to 1000ml H2O and adjust pH to 7.2-7.6. Finally, adjust the total volume to 1L.
- 0.01M PBS: Add 8.5g sodium chloride, 1.4g Na2HPO4 and 0.2g NaH2PO4 to 1000ml distilled water and adjust pH to 7.2-7.6. Finally, adjust the total volume to 1L.
