PBST (10×,pH7.4)

PBST（phosphate buffered solution）即含吐温-20的磷酸盐缓冲液，能够提供相对稳定的离子环境和pH缓冲能力，是生物学中经常使用的缓冲盐溶液，主要用于免疫组化和原位杂交，酶联免疫等实验中，清洗免疫印迹膜等。产品为无色液体，pH为7.2-7.4（25℃），主要成分为磷酸二氢钾、磷酸氢二钠、氯化钠以以及吐温-20。

本产品为10×原液，不可直接使用，需要稀释到1×工作液使用。 4℃保存可延长产品保质期，长期不用建议低温保存。

 

注意事项

低温储存较易产生沉淀。如果发现有沉淀产生，请摇晃或置于37℃水浴至完全溶解后再使用。

A 10X Concentrated solution of Phosphate Buffered Saline with Tween® 20. The 10X Concentration is 80mM Na2HPO4, 1.5M NaCl, 20mM KH2PO4, 30mM KCl, 0.5% Tween® 20, pH 7.4.

 

PBST is commonly used as a wash solution for Western blot membranes and microtiter plate wells in ELISA assays. The Phosphate Buffered Saline with Tween® 20 is an optimal formulation of pH stabilizers, salts and detergents designed to effectively remove excess material from membranes and microtiter plate wells without disrupting the antigen/antibody binding reaction.

 

By maintaining the proper buffering environment, unbound components can be washed away without suppressing antigen-antibody binding interactions, thereby reducing nonspecific background and increasing the specific signal.
