产品简介
good本品是一种经过改良的以溴酚蓝为染料，5倍浓缩的蛋白上样缓冲液。本产品中含有变性试剂，但是不含DTT、巯基乙醇等还原剂。可以用于常规的变性非还原型聚bin烯酰胺凝胶电泳的蛋白样品上样。
使用说明
good1. 使用时，在蛋白质样品中加入1/4体积本产品，混匀；
good2. 将混合物用沸水浴加热3~5 min；
good3. 待冷却后，高速离心5 min，上清即可用于电泳分析。如蛋白样品在加入上样缓冲液后，无不溶性残渣，则只需短暂离心，将混合液收集到管底即可。加热后，如果管盖上出现较冷凝水，建议轻弹离心管将冷凝水和样品混合以后，再行高速离心步骤，此举有助于降低上样样品浓度不均的现象。
