显色剂 A：DAB×20倍浓缩液,3ml。
显色剂 B：H2O2×20倍浓缩液,3ml。
显色剂 C：TBS×20倍浓缩缓冲液，3ml。
产品保存条件：-20℃冷冻保存一年。
DAB 是过氧化物酶最重要的显色剂之一。显色呈鲜艳的棕黄色，可用于免疫组化及各种斑点检查法。本试剂盒采用液体性滴瓶包装，使用方便，并且减少了接触有潜在毒性的DAB。
使用方法：
1．在过氧化物酶的检测完成以后，TBS或PBS 充分洗涤，一般 5分钟×4次。
2．按1ml蒸馏水加显色剂 A，B，C各1滴，混匀。加至标本上。一般显色时间为1－10分钟，请在显微镜下观察显色情况，若无背景出现则可继续显色。若显色过快，可适当降低 DAB 配置浓度(1.5ml或者 2ml 蒸馏水加显色剂 A，B，C 各１滴)。若显色过慢，可适当提高DAB配置浓度(2ml蒸馏水加显色剂 A，B，C各3滴)
3．蒸馏水充分洗涤以终止反应。必要时 Mayor’s 苏木素复染 1-2分钟左右。水洗。
4．脱水，透明，中性树胶封片，显微镜观察。以下是细胞生物学试剂的详细介绍：

注意事项：
1. 本试剂盒的检测试剂中含有萤光素酶，反复冻融会导致其逐渐失活。尽管经测试本试剂反复冻融5次对于其检测效果无显著影响，为取得良好的使用效果，*次解冻后可适当分装保存。反复冻融过程中，可能会导致检测试剂中出现少量沉淀，此时宜平衡至室温，并尽量溶解。如仍有残留的不溶物，可以离心去除后使用，经测试不会影响后续的检测效果。
2. 检测时需使用白色或黑色的96孔板或384孔板。如果使用普通透明的96孔板或384孔板，相邻孔之间会产生相互干扰。
3. 使用说明中提供了检测ATP标准品的方法，实际检测细胞活力时通常并不需要检测ATP标准品。

保存条件  Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
