试剂盒天然样本检测量：Human peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBLs) were isolated fromwhole blood using ficol-hypaque and passed through an R&D Systems T-Cell enrichmentcolumn. Eluted T-Cells were cultured at 2 x 106/mL in DMEM with 10% fetal calf serum,5  g/mL PHA, and 10 ng/mL rhIL-2. After 6 days of culture, cells were changed into DMEM with 10% fetal calf serum, 10 ng/mL PMA, 1  g/mL Ca2+ ionophore, and 5  g/mL PHA.Supernates were collected after 20 hours of stimulation and measured 70 pg/mL
