质粒简介


        pCDNA3.0-HA-N载体是专门设计用来在哺乳细胞中进行高水平的稳定表达和瞬时表达。其中人巨细胞病毒早期启动子(CMV)在广泛的哺乳动物细胞中可以实现高表达。新霉素抗性基因可以用来筛选稳定细胞系,具体用G418筛选,另外HA做为标签能在WB实验中更方便的检测到目的基因是否表达。
        pcDNA3.0-HA-N is 5.4 kb vectors  designed for high-level stable and transient expression in mammalian hosts. High-level stable and non-replicative transient expression can be carried out in most mammalian cells. The vectors contain the following elements:
        Human cytomegalovirus immediate-early (CMV) promoter for high-level expression in a wide range of mammalian cells.
        Neomycin resistance gene for selection of stable cell lines.
        HA epitope for Western blot experiment.
