质粒简介


        pProEXHTB质粒是一种原核表达载体, N端含有一个6×His标签和一个TEV位点。该质粒含有多个常用的酶切位点,便于不同基因克隆。
        pProEX HT系列原核表达质粒是用来在大肠杆菌中表达外源蛋白的载体。使用该质粒表达的目的蛋白含有6个His纯化标签。目的基因可以克隆到载体的多克隆位点处,可以选择的载体有pProEX HTa, b, c.蛋白表达后,His纯化标签就位于目的蛋白的N端,同时His纯化标签的使用可以用于蛋白纯化。载体上同时含有rTEV蛋白酶识别位点,可以使用rTEV蛋白酶进行酶切,从而去除融合的His标签。
