II. 背景简介

    BFA/Monensin Mixture (250×)是 BFA 和 Monensin 的混合物，适合于需要阻止蛋白转运到胞外的实验， 也可作为 PMA/Ionmycin/ BFA/Monensin Mixture (250×) (目录号 CS1003)的阴性对照。培养细胞加入该混合 物会阻断蛋白向高尔基体复合物(GC)转运，使之在内质网(ER)中积累。使用时，终浓度稀释至 1×，即每 250μl 细胞培养基中加入 1μl BFA/Monensin Mixture (250×)。

III.报道的应用

    BFA/Monensin Mixture (250×)可用于流式分析。

IV.验证的应用

    PMA/Ionomycin Mixture (250×) (目录号 CS1001)处理小鼠脾细胞 5 - 18 小时，同时加入蛋白转运抑制剂 (BFA/Monensin Mixture (250×))，随后进行胞内染色，流式分析 IFN-γ 表达。
