保存条件	Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
产品介绍	background: MRP3 (Canalicular Multi Organic Anion Transporter 2 / Multidrug Resistance Associated Protein 3, cMOAT2) is a member of the superfamily of ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporters. ABC proteins transport various molecules across extra- and intra-cellular membranes. The specific function of MRP3 has not yet been determined; however, this protein may play a role in the transport of biliary and intestinal excretion of organic anions. Function: May act as an inducible transporter in the biliary and intestinal excretion of organic anions. Acts as an alternative route for the export of bile acids and glucuronides from cholestatic hepatocytes. Subcellular Location: Membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein. Tissue Specificity: Mainly expressed in the liver. Also expressed in small intestine, colon, prostate, testis, brain and at a lower level in the kidney.
