产品说明
good本品专为快速高效封Western Blot转印膜而设计采用无蛋白配方,避免抗体与封闭剂的非特异结合,可有效降低背景。同时,本封闭无内源的磷酸化蛋白及生物素,对磷酸化特异抗体及生物素检测也不会产生干扰。本封闭剂不与蛋白产生非特异性结合,因而只封闭膜而不会屏蔽样品蛋白的抗体识别位点,大大提高了抗体检测灵敏度。实验表明,本封闭剂对许多抗体都有不同程度的信号增强作用。然而这种信号增强作用因抗体而异,对某一特定抗体,并不一定具有确定的信号增强作用。
good注意:没有任何一种封闭剂能适合所有抗原和抗体检测系统。如出现本试剂不适合的抗体,请替换使用其它种类的封闭剂如BSA或脱脂奶粉等。

封闭方法
good1. 完成转膜后,将转印膜放入到杂交孵育盒中,加入10~20 mL TBS/T或PBS/T;
good2. 往TBS/T或PBS/T中加1/4体积的 无蛋白快速封闭液 ,置于摇床轻轻摇动,室温封闭10 min(即配即用);
good2. 注意:使用本品通常5~15 min均可经多种抗体的测试封10 min的效果显著优于常规BSA1 h。对于一些背景非常高的抗体,可以尝试将封闭时间延长30~60 min。如有特殊需要,也4封闭过夜 
good3. 封闭后的膜即可用于一抗孵育等后续实验。
