goodWJ10115 kDa~150 kDa范围9个蛋白条带组成(15 kDa、20 kDa、25 kDa35 kDa40 kDa、50 kDa70 kDa100 kDa150 kDa)WJ102WJ103WJ10610 kDa~250 kDa范围11个蛋白条带组成(10 kDa、15 kDa、20 kDa、25 kDa35 kDa40 kDa、50 kDa70 kDa100 kDa150 kDa250 kDa)。由低到高的分子量范围可监测电泳过程中的蛋白分离情况、判断目标蛋白的分子量,并且可以监Western Blot实验中的转膜效率。25 kDa70 kDa条带结合有红色或绿色染料,更便于实时观察电泳进程、判断蛋白分子量其中WJ106特别适用于近红外荧光成像系统。本品推荐上样量5 μL。
good缓冲液成分:62.5 mM Tris-HCl(pH 7.5/25)1 mM EDTA2%(W/V)SDS10 mM DTT33%(W/V)glycerol。

操作步骤

good1. 加样前在室温放置数分钟解冻后轻轻摇匀,以确保溶液混合均匀;
good2. 取用适量体积加样于凝胶孔,推荐用量如下:

0.75~1.0 mm凝胶,上5 μL/孔;
goodgood1.5 mm凝胶,上10 μL/孔;
goodgood也可根据情况适当减少加样量。
good3. 取用结束,盖上管盖,放4-20℃。
good3. 以上5 μL为例,WJ101、WJ102、WJ103及WJ106每个条带蛋白含量约1 μg~3 μg。
