[Principle] This product is used for pathological sample transparency, its action mechanism is that the water in the tissue block is replaced by transparent dewaxing solution, its refractive index is close to the refractive index of tissue protein, and the tissue block becomes transparent; When used for sample dewaxing, the mechanism is that the transparent dewaxing solution has certain solubility to paraffin, and the dewaxing solution gradually replaces paraffin in tissues during soaking, so that tissue sections can be further hydrated and stained.

[Main Composition and Performance] This dewaxing solution is mainly composed of environmentally friendly saturated alkanes, which is used for transparent dewaxing of pathological samples. It can be miscible with ethanol and dissolve paraffin, and its refractive index is close to that of tissue protein, which can effectively replace ethanol and paraffin in tissues.

[Usage]
When used for tissue dewaxing:
Immerse tissue slices into B-type dewaxing solution × 2 cylinder and A-type dewaxing solution × 1 cylinder in turn (which can replace 100% ethanol in the second cylinder in the process), and the immersion time can be based on the existing operation process;
Used for organizational transparency:
Immerse the tissue block or tissue slice into A-type dewaxing solution × 1 cylinder (which can replace the second cylinder 100% ethanol in the process) and B-type dewaxing solution × 2 cylinders in turn, and the immersion time can be based on the existing operation process.

[Precautions]:
1. Type A dewaxing solution can enhance the transparency effect and prolong the service time of dewaxing solution. On the premise of not increasing the total number of cylinders, it can replace 100% ethanol in the second cylinder in the process and replace it after turbidity occurs.
2. After the B-type dewaxing solution is used for a period of time, more wax (or ethanol) melted in the first cylinder of dewaxing solution should be discarded and replaced, and the second cylinder of dewaxing solution should be moved forward, and the next cylinder should be replaced with fresh B-type dewaxing solution.
3. Please read the instruction manual carefully when using it for the first time. It is recommended to take 1-2 samples for pre-experiment.
