LS-F50094 is a 96-well enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the Quantitative detection of Human CD33 in samples of Cell Culture Supernatants, Plasma and Serum. It is based upon a Sandwich assay principle and can be used to detect levels of CD33 as low as 1.5 nanograms per millilter.
About CD33
Putative adhesion molecule of myelomonocytic-derived cells that mediates sialic-acid dependent binding to cells. Preferentially binds to alpha-2,6-linked sialic acid.
