OptiPrep密度梯度分离液OptiPrep是一种60%碘克沙醇在水中的无菌内毒素测试溶液,密度为1.320 g/ml。碘克沙醇是一种X射线造影剂,因此经过严格的临床测试。它是非离子型,对细胞无毒,代谢惰性。碘克沙醇溶液可在所有有用密度下均为等渗溶液,该溶液具有低粘度和渗透压。

特点:
OptiprepTM 分离液是Axis-shield公司最xin开发出的全能新型分离液,OptiprepTM 分离液的主要成分是碘克沙醇(odixanol),是一种高亲水性非离子型的物质,这种主要成分决定了OptiprepTM 分离液是一种高密度、低粘度的溶液。而且,它的密度和渗透性成线形关系,在加入适当浓度的缓冲液或基本培养基,如蔗糖、Hepes或PRMI后,OptiprepTM 能形成连续的或不连续的等渗的密度梯度溶液,可将各种细胞、细胞器、脂蛋白分离开。经科研和临床实验证明,OptiprepTM 和常规的分离液Ficoll、Percoll、蔗糖及氯化铯(CsCl)相比,OptiprepTM 分离液不仅分离纯化效果好,而且对各种细胞、细胞器的生命活性无任何影响。
