Thermo Scientific Mph1103I (NsiI) restriction enzyme recognizes ATGCA^T sites and cuts best at 37°C in R buffer (Isoschizomers: EcoT22I, NsiI, Zsp2I). Note: Also available as a FastDigest enzyme for rapid DNA digestion.
