实验原理:
免疫共沉淀(Co-Immunoprecipitation,Co-IP)是基于抗体和抗原之间结合的专一性用于研究蛋白质相互作用的经典方法。其原理是细胞在非变性条件下被裂解时,完整细胞内存在许多蛋白质与蛋白质之间的相互作用体被保留下来,利用目标蛋白质特异性抗体免疫沉淀,沉淀得到的蛋白质复合体能够通过变性凝胶电泳分离开来,以此定性或定量分析几种蛋白质间的相互作用力。
