在基因研究中，表达谱基因芯片（Microarray）或转录组测序（RNA-seq）等技术可以通过高通量筛选基因，比较全面地了解实验组和对照组所有基因的表达情况，但这又是一把双刃剑，产生的数据量比较大，需要花费大量时间通过生物信息学分析和文献来确定目的基因，之后再利用qPCR方法进行验证。如果您的研究主题和方向明确，关注的基因在几十个到上百个，还可以选择另外一种方法：PCR芯片（PCR array）。

PCR芯片服务流程:

a)   提取样本的总RNA（用来反转录的RNA总量建议控制在100ng～2ug之间）；
b)   有条件的用户可以用DNA酶消化残余基因组DNA、采用超微量分光光度计检测RNA质量；
c)   将RNA 反转录为 cDNA（使用 Acebiox 反转录试剂盒）；
d)   Real-Time PCR 检测（使用 Acebiox 的 SYBR Master Mix) ；
e)   数据分析（使用免费的 Acebiox 的 PCR 芯片数据分析软件进行数据分析）。
