Immunoprecipitation/Western blot:

After immunoprecipitation with anti-active Gα13-GTP mouse monoclonal antibody (Cat. # 26902), these proteins were separated by SDS/PAGE and western blotted with anti- Gα13 mouse monoclonal antibody (Cat. # 26004).
