Human dermal fibroblasts were isolated from the dermis within the skin tissue. Skin tissue sources include head, face, hands, feet, legs, back, abdomen, prepuce and other body surface skin, which can be selected according to demand; The dermis, located deep in the epidermis, is connected downward to the subcutaneous tissue, and the collagen and elastic fibers of the dermal connective tissue are interwoven and buried in the stroma. It is distributed in a variety of connective tissue cells and a large number of collagen fibers elastic fibers, making the skin both elastic and toughness. It consists of two layers, the papillary layer and the reticular layer. The structure of the dermis is composed of collagen, elastic fibers and matrix.
