In enzymology, an UTP-monosaccharide-1-phosphate uridylyltransferase (EC 2.7.7.64) is an enzyme that catalyzes the chemical reaction: UTP + a monosaccharide 1-phosphate → diphosphate + UDP-monosaccharide.
