-20 ℃ 避光保存至少6个月,使用前充分融解混匀。2 x miRNA qPCR Mix(With Sybr Green)短期使用可放在4 ℃,避免反复冻融。Reverse primer(10μM )每次用完置-20 ℃保存。
制品说明:
增强型miRNA荧光定量PCR检测试剂盒采用本试剂盒采用SYBR® Green I 嵌合荧光法的原理进行miRNA 荧光定量检测。本试剂盒包含miRNA 荧光定量检测的所有试剂,包括2×miRNA qPCR Mix和Reverse primer。2×miRNA qPCR Mix(含Sybr Green)是专门为miRNA 定量检测而研发的新一代预混形式的荧光定量PCR 检测试剂,其中的DNA polymerase 采用的是抗体修饰的热启动形式, 配合特殊的Buffer 体系,使反应特异性更好,灵敏度更高,并能在更广的范围内进行准确定量。
注:该试剂盒须与 miRNA 荧光定量检测试剂盒(PC4801)配套使用。
