背景描述: | HBMEC人脑微血管内皮细胞;脑微血管内皮细胞是血脑屏障的主要组成成分,它是组成脑微血管腔面单层扁平上皮样细胞,能够限制可溶性物质和细胞等从血液进入大脑,大脑微血管内皮细胞与外周内皮细胞相比具有一些相同特性。它所产生和分泌的生物活性物质对维持血管张力、调节血压、抗血栓形成等有重要作用,在脑血管疾病的发病机制中有重要病理生理学意义。与外周内皮细胞相同,大脑微血管内皮细胞表面表达细胞粘附分子,调控白细胞进入大脑。HBMEC脑微血管内皮细胞主要特征如下:1.脑微血管内皮细胞存在许多细胞间紧密连接,产生很高的跨内皮阻抗,延迟细胞旁的通量;2.脑微血管内皮细胞缺乏内皮细胞的窗孔结构,其液相物质胞饮水平较低。可提供HBMEC人脑微血管内皮细胞培养条件及方法。 |

Human brain microvascular endothelial cells were isolated from brain tissue. Cerebral microvascular endothelial cells are the main components of the blood-brain barrier. They are a single layer of flattened epithelioid cells on the surface of cerebral microvascular lumen, which can restrict soluble substances and cells from entering the brain from the blood. Compared with peripheral endothelial cells, cerebral microvascular endothelial cells have some similar characteristics. The bioactive substances produced and secreted by it play an important role in maintaining vascular tension, regulating blood pressure, anti-thrombosis, etc., and have important pathophysiological significance in the pathogenesis of cerebrovascular diseases. Like peripheral endothelial cells, the surface of cerebral microvascular endothelial cells expresses cell adhesion molecules that regulate the entry of white blood cells into the brain. Its main characteristics are as follows: 1. Cerebral microvascular endothelial cells have many close intercellular connections, which produce high transendothelial impedance and delay the paracellular flux; 2. 2. Cerebral microvascular endothelial cells lack the fenestra structure of endothelial cells, and their liquid phase substances have low pinocytosis levels.
