Strep-Tactin^®XT: Twin-Strep-tag^®

Strep-tag^® 系统，是目前被最广泛用于蛋白纯化的系统之一，可以纯化出纯度极高的融合蛋白（＞95%）。新一代的 Strep-tag^® 蛋白纯化系统因 Strep-Tactin^®XT 与 Twin-Strep-tag^® 具有极较好的亲和力（pM），是全方位的蛋白研究工具。

Strep-Tactin^®XT 纯化效果

下图对使用 His-tag 与 Strep-tag^® 系统纯化 mCherry 和 GAPDH 进行了测试。

以 SDS-PAGE 分析发现，mCherry 和 GAPDH，使用 Strep-Tactin^®XT：Twin-Strep-tag^® 都能得到纯度较高的目的蛋白（见 Elution）。Western Blot 分析结果显示，提取 mCherry 所出现的杂质为其降解产物。
