核糖核酸酶T1为一内切核糖核酸酶。它特异地作用于鸟嘌呤核苷酸3'端磷酸并切割与相邻核苷酸相连的磷酸二酯键。反应的终产物为鸟嘌呤核苷3'磷酸及末端带鸟嘌呤核苷3'磷酸的寡核苷酸。

用途：去除DNA-RNA杂交体中未杂交的RNA区。
