Timentin（特美汀）产品描述

特美汀对革兰阳性菌、阴性菌、需氧及厌氧菌的抗菌范围甚广。其组分为替卡西林钠及克拉维酸钾（Ticarcillin Sodium and Clavulanate Potassium），按有效酸计，替卡西林钠与克拉维酸钾的配比为15:l，替卡西林是青霉素类杀菌试剂，而克拉维酸则是一种不可逆性高效β-内酰胺酶抑制剂。多种革兰氏阳性菌（G+）和阴性菌（G-）都能产生β-内酰胺酶，这类酶能在青霉素作用于病原体之前将其破坏。克拉维酸通过阻断β-内酰胺酶破坏细菌的防御屏障，恢复替卡西林敏感性。克拉维酸钾单独抗菌作用甚微，但与替卡西林配置后使本品成为具有广谱杀菌作用的抗生素，适用于对广泛的细菌感染性疾病的经验治疗。在科研中常用于抑制农杆菌生长，特别在胚性愈伤组织再生系统中，能达到很好的抑菌和再生效果。

本产品为无菌包装，无需过滤灭菌，直接配制使用。细菌内毒素小于0.06EU/1mg。

Timentin（特美汀）产品组分

替卡西林钠及克拉维酸钾，按照15:1比例组成，其中提卡西林钠纯度大于99.1%，卡拉维酸钾纯度大于99.2%。

Timentin（特美汀）运输与保存方法

冰袋（wet ice）运输。2-8℃，2年有效期； -20℃，5年有效期。
