| 背景资料 | CD25 is the alpha chain of the IL-2 receptor. It is a type I transmembrane protein present on activated T cells, activated B cells, some thymocytes, myeloid precursors, and oligodendrocytes that associates with CD122 to form a heterodimer that can act as a high-affinity receptor for IL-2. CD25 has been used as a marker to identify CD4+FoxP3+ regulatory T cells in mice. By in situ hybridization, the IL2R gene was mapped to 10p15-p14. Its soluble form, called sIL-2R may be elevated in these diseases and is occasionally used to track disease progression. |

- 4.Eppendorf 管。
- 5.额外洗板缓冲液 (neutral PBS 或 TBS。试剂盒内提供足量。如需额外缓冲液可参考如下配方)。
- 0.01M TBS: Add 1.2g Tris, 8.5g Nacl; 450μl of purified acetic acid or 700μl of concentrated to 1000ml H2O and adjust pH to 7.2-7.6. Finally, adjust the total volume to 1L.
- 0.01M PBS: Add 8.5g sodium chloride, 1.4g Na2HPO4 and 0.2g NaH2PO4 to 1000ml distilled water and adjust pH to 7.2-7.6. Finally, adjust the total volume to 1L.
