MOLECULAR CHARACTERIZATION
rh IGF1R is fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, and has a calculated MW of 104 kDa (single chain), 81 kDa (α subunit) and 23 kDa (β subunit). The predicted N-terminus is Glu 31. DTT-reduced Protein migrates as 120 kDa, 81 kDa and 35 kDa in SDS-PAGE .

BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY
Determined by a cytotoxicity assay using HT-29 cells. The ED50 < 0.05 ng/mL, corresponding to a specific activity of >2X107 Unit/mg.

PURITY
