丙氨酸氨基转移酶 (谷丙转氨酶/ALT/GPT) 测试盒 (单试剂，IFCC推荐方法，紫外比色)是一种用于减缓荧光淬灭的封片试剂。以甘油为基础,加入抗荧光淬灭剂,有强烈的防荧光衰减作用,用于对荧光组织和细胞样品的封片。封片后，样品4℃或者-20℃避光可保存2-3周。本试剂操作简单，在封片时用枪滴一滴抗荧光淬灭封片液，盖上盖玻片就可以了。当然，此产品不象树胶一样能固定盖玻片。所以封片后，如果方面，可以在四周封一丝中性树胶类物质以固定盖玻片。
保存条件：
2-8℃保存，约18个月有效。
