PB-MNC are isolated from ALL peripheral blood by diluting the whole blood with PBS and using gradient separation techniques. After centrifugation,the mononuclear cell layer is collected. MNC can be processed further to isolate subpopulations. ALL-MNC are available in the newly diagnosed and relapsed/refractory stages.
