The ACTICHROME® TFPI is a chromogenic assay intended for the measurement of Tissue Factor Pathway Inhibitor (EPI, LACI)1 activity in human plasma where TFPI exhibits an inhibitory effect on the Tissue Factor/FVIIa complex. This assay is intended for research use only. It is not intended for use in diagnostic or therapeutic use.
