背景资料	Sister chromatid cohesion protein PDS5 homolog A is a protein that in humans is encoded by the PDS5A gene. The protein encoded by this gene binds to the cohesin complex and associates with chromatin through most of the cell cycle. The encoded protein may play a role in regulating sister chromatid cohesion during mitosis. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.

Use rabbit anti- PDS5A 1:1000, probed with a goat anti-rabbit IgG-HRP secondary antibody. The signal is developed using an Enhanced Chemiluminescent detection (ECL) kit (Catalog # EK1002). A specific band was detected for PDS5A at approximately 151KD. The expected band size for PDS5A is at 151KD.|Figure 2.
