背景介绍
戊型肝炎(Hepatitis E)是一种经粪一口传播的急性传染病,其病原体戊型肝炎病毒(HEV)为无包膜的球状颗粒。 HEV分为1~8共8个基因型，中国内地流行株主要为1型(曾称缅甸株)，其次为4型。主要经粪-口途径传播)和临床表现(隐性感染及急性肝炎，不致慢性肝炎等)与甲型肝炎相似。戊型肝炎在15~39岁的青年和成人高发。戊型肝炎亦为自限性疾病。HEV对肝细胞亦无直接病变作用(CPE)。
