用途
磷酸二氢钠是制造六偏磷酸钠和焦磷酸钠的原料，主要用于制革、处理锅炉水，作为品质改良剂和制焙粉，及在食品工业、发酵工业中作缓冲剂和发酵粉原料，还用作饲料添加剂、洗涤剂及染助剂等。
药理毒理
人体内磷以有机和无机两种形式存在，临床上测定的血磷为血液中的无机磷，后者大部分为游离磷，仅12%与血浆蛋白结合。正常成人血磷浓度为 0.87～1.45mmol/L，儿童为1.45～1.78mmol/L，某些原因导致磷摄入减少或磷需求量增加，可引起低磷血症，并出现相应的临床表现，此时须予补充磷。血磷与血钙浓度有密切关系，正常时两者的乘积维持在一定范围，当血钙浓度升高时，给予磷酸盐可降低血钙浓度。

Pharmacology and toxicology

Phosphorus exists in both organic and inorganic forms in the human body. Clinically, the measured blood phosphorus is inorganic phosphorus in the blood, with most of the latter being free phosphorus and only 12% binding to plasma proteins. The normal blood phosphorus concentration in adults is 0.87-1.45mmol/L, while in children it is 1.45-1.78mmol/L. Due to certain reasons, the intake of phosphorus decreases or the demand for phosphorus increases, which can cause hypophosphatemia and corresponding clinical manifestations. At this time, phosphorus supplementation is necessary. There is a close relationship between blood phosphorus and blood calcium concentration. Normally, the product of the two is maintained within a certain range. When the blood calcium concentration increases, administering phosphate can reduce the blood calcium concentration.
