牛血清白蛋白，英文名称为Bovine Serum Albumin，也称Bovine albumin，或Cohn Fraction V，简称BSA。BSA有着极其广泛的实验室应用，在免疫实验中常用作封闭剂，包括ELISA、WB（Western Blot）。作为载体蛋白，将其交联于半抗原和其他弱抗原可以使它们在抗体生产中具有更强的免疫原性。在限制性内切酶消化反应中，BSA常常被用作一些酶的反应稳定剂，并且能防止它粘附到管壁和枪头上。BSA也常用于生物制药的生产过程或者作为营养物用于细胞和微生物培养。除此之外，还作为蛋白定量检测的标准品使用。我们提供的BSA产品，使用优质牛血浆，利用热休克法（Heat Shock）法制备而成。

 

本品为无脂肪酸的牛血清白蛋白（Fatty Acid  Free BSA），其内的脂肪酸含量非常低（0.02%），几乎可忽略，且易溶解。通常用作微量元素，脂肪酸，激素和生长因子的载体蛋白，加入无血清培养体系。本品允许BSA内加入某些特定的脂肪酸以促进细胞生长。适用于避免脂类或脂肪酸干扰结果的激素或胆固醇分析检测。每批产品中总脂肪酸含量≤0.02%。
Bovine Serum Albumin, also known as Bovine Albumin or Cohn Fraction V, abbreviated as BSA. BSA has an extremely wide range of laboratory applications and is commonly used as a blocking agent in immune experiments, including ELISA and Western Blot. As a carrier protein, crosslinking it with haptens and other weak antigens can enhance their immunogenicity in antibody production. In restriction endonuclease digestion reactions, BSA is often used as a reaction stabilizer for some enzymes and can prevent it from adhering to the tube wall and gun tip. BSA is also commonly used in the production process of biopharmaceuticals or as a nutrient for cell and microbial culture. In addition, it is also used as a standard for protein quantitative detection. The BSA products we provide are prepared using high-quality bovine plasma and heat shock method.


This product is Fatty Acid Free BSA, which has a very low (0.02%) content of fatty acids and is almost negligible and easily soluble. Commonly used as a carrier protein for trace elements, fatty acids, hormones, and growth factors, added to serum-free culture systems. This product allows the addition of certain specific fatty acids to BSA to promote cell growth. Hormone or cholesterol analysis detection suitable for avoiding interference from lipids or fatty acids in the results. The total fatty acid content in each batch of products is ≤ 0.02%.
