Amicon®Ultra-0.5离心过滤设备可实现快速的超滤，具有高浓缩因子，并且易于从复杂的稀样品基质中回收浓缩物。例如，初始浓度为 0.25 mg/ml 的细胞色素 C(12.4 kDa)截留率为 >95%。

垂直设计和可用膜表面积实现了快速的样品处理、高样品回收率（稀起始溶液通常大于 90%）和 30 倍浓缩能力。垂直设计可大程度减少溶质极化和随后的膜污染，过滤设备中的物理止动装置防止旋转至干燥和潜在的样品损失。收集滤液后，简便的反向旋转步骤可高效回收浓缩的样品（被截留的物质）。

Amicon® Ultra-0.5 设备是以非无菌形式提供，仅供一次性使用。Amicon ®Ultra 0.5 mL 过滤器采用垂直膜设计和反向旋转功能，具有良好的性能和较低的旋转时间。

Amicon ® Ultra-0.5 centrifugal filtration equipment can achieve rapid ultrafiltration, has a high concentration factor, and is easy to recover concentrate from complex dilute sample matrices. For example, the retention rate of cytochrome C (12.4 kDa) with an initial concentration of 0.25 mg/ml is>95%.

The vertical design and available membrane surface area enable rapid sample processing, high sample recovery (typically greater than 90% for dilute starting solutions), and a concentration capacity of 30 times. Vertical design can minimize solute polarization and subsequent membrane fouling, and the physical stopping device in the filtration equipment prevents rotation to dryness and potential sample loss. After collecting the filtrate, a simple reverse rotation step can efficiently recover the concentrated sample (intercepted substance).

Amicon ® The Ultra-0.5 device is provided in a non sterile form and is for one-time use only. Amicon ® The Ultra 0.5 mL filter adopts a vertical membrane design and reverse rotation function, which has good performance and low rotation time.
