Source	Recombinant Human BDNF Protein is expressed from CHO Cells Cells. It contains His129-Arg247.
Molecular Weight	12~14 kDa, on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Biological Activity	ED50 < 4.0 μg/ml, measured in a bioassay using C6 cells.
Purity	> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Endotoxin	<0.2 EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method.
Formulation	Lyophilized after extensive dialysis against PBS.
Reconstitution	It is recommended that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Reconstitute the lyophilized powder in ddH₂O or PBS up to 100 μg/ml.

储存条件
The product should be stored at -85~-65℃ for 6 months from date of receipt.
Upon reconstitution, the product should be stable for up to 1 week at 4°C or up to 3 months at -20°C.
For long term storage it is recommended that a carrier protein (example 0.1% BSA) be added. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
