EX02 Exo-spin™ 试剂盒主要用于处理少量血液样本(血清和血浆),包含沉淀剂(buffer)及mini SEC纯化管柱(column)。

Mini Exo-spin™色谱柱和树脂孔径

纯化管柱床体积为500ul,在柱顶部可以加100ul的液体。填充树脂的孔径大约为30nm,以实现高纯度的外泌体洗脱。小于30 nm的所有其他分子(例如蛋白质,脂质)将进入孔中并保留在管柱中。
