In order to meet customer needs, NEST this year grandly launched a 5L Efficient Erlenmeyer Flask with tube, eliminating customer pipeline design, assembly, sterilization and other operations and improving production efficiency. Ideal for shaker culture applications. Can be used for scale-up culture of suspension cells. High-efficiency, large-volume culture flasks allow cells to show strong viability with large expression amount of proteins in the culture of mammalian cells and insect cells. During the culturing process, the use rate of the shaker is significantly increased, and the survival rate and viability of cells are both dramatically.

产品特点：
1、瓶身采用医用聚碳酸酯（PC）材质，符合ISO10993 USP<661>要求，透明度高，抗冲击力强，抗氧化、可耐高温121℃。
2、外观刻度清晰、准确、便于观察培养基容量。
3、5L摇瓶把手设计方便拎取，把手颈圈与瓶身贴合度高防止打滑；口部防挂液设计易于倾倒；底部四周平整，于摇床黏板上放置更加稳固。
4、2/3/5L摇瓶整体设计一致，满足不同客户的培养需求，颈部优化设计，加长的瓶颈便于客户拿取，且避免客户在倒液抓取摇瓶的过程中手部离培养瓶瓶口过近。符合制药企业车间无菌操作规范。
5、透气盖带有0.2um的透气膜，透气不透水，可有效的阻止微生物进出，防止污染，并保证气体交换，使细胞或者细菌生长良好。
6、3L摇瓶底部优化，节约了占用空间，大大提高了摇床的使用率，降低了客户研发、生产成本。  
7、产品经过严格密封性测试，跌落测试，高温高压测试、平整度测试、拉力测试、内毒素检测、无菌检测、无DNA RNA酶类检测及细胞培养测试都符合相应的质量标准。
8、无菌独立包装，使用方便。
注意事项
1、培养基的量要控制好：最好在瓶总体积的30-40%；
2、培养过程中转速的控制，建议起始转速在75-125RPM，实际中可根据情况调节转速；
3、液体震荡的摇床要注意水位，气体震荡的摇床要注意温度。

Features 5L High-Efficient Erlenmeyer Flask (with tube):
        1. It is pre-installed on the High Efficiency Erlenmeyer Flask, which realizes the closed transfer of liquid and              reduces the risk of external  contamination during the process of capping and screwing.
        2. The Transfer Cap comes with a large filter membrane, high oxygen flux, and no external air filter is                          required to ensure high-density culture  of cells, while the overall height is reduced, the applicable range              of the shaker is wider, and the utilization rate of the shaker is increased. 2L&3L&5L High-Efficient     Erlenmeyer Flask, Bi-directional Transfer Cap with TPE Tube:
         1. It is pre-installed on the High Efficiency Erlenmeyer Flask, which realizes the closed transfer of liquid and               reduces the risk of external  contamination during the process of capping and screwing.
         2. The transfer cover is Seal cap and connected with a 33mm diameter syringe filter with 0.22μm PTFE.                        After  the liquid transfer is  completed, it should be replaced with a Vent cap to ensure the oxygen                        supply requirement for high-density culture of cells to proliferate.
