描述：Hydroxylamine solution is an inorganic compound used in organic synthesis and as a reducing agent, due to its ability to donate nitric oxide. It is a reactant for preparation of: prodrug for cardiovascular agent (NOHA); hydroxyaminoguanidines as anti-cancer agents; nonsteroidal 2,3-dihydroquinoline glucocorticoid receptor agonists with reduced phosphoenolpyruvate caboxykinase (PEPCK) transactivation; carboxamide derivatives of ofloxacin with improved anti microbial properties; analogues of coumarin based TNF-α converting enzyme (TACE) inhibitors and HIV integrase inhibitors.
