ORIGIN: In 1968, the United States (Bar Harber ME) Jackson laboratory presented to a few of the AKR / J mice the in Kyoto, Japan (Kyoto) University,.in Feeding and breeding process, Takeda found several mice showed different degrees epilation, rough skin, cataracts, behavioral disorders and shortened survival phenomena and have a genetic predisposition. Biology: SAMP 8 brain have a large number of Aβ deposition in the aging process.
