产品介绍：Immortalized Rhett Mouse Fibroblast Cells (iETF-Mecp2-WT) may used alongside with Immortalized Rhett mouse fibroblast cell line with R255X mutation (iETF-Mecp2-R255X) and/or Immortalized Rhett mouse fibroblast cell line with R294X mutation (iETF-Mecp2-R294X) to study the effects of the mutations. 
 
Fibroblast cells were derived from mouse ear pinna tissue and were transfected with with a plasmid encoding the SV40 large T antigen (pBSSVD2005).
