In Vitro: NW1028 (0.1-10 µM) inhibits the ATPase activity of the D1 domain and do not impact the ATPase activity of the D2 domain.
NW1028 (0.0001-100 µM; 72 h; HeLa K cells) does not cause cell death and does not activate the UPR response.
NW1028 (10 μM; HeLa cells) affects the orientation of the mitotic spindle. NW1028 has a spindle orientation defect in the z axis with 53.9%, compared to 14.9% cells in control conditions.
