MCE Genomic DNA Mini Purification Kit allows rapid and efficient purification of genomic DNA. Based on the selective binding of DNA to the silica-based membrane, this kit can efficiently isolate genomic DNA from mammalian cells and tissues, yeast, mouse/rat tail and bacteria. The extraction process includes preparing lysates, binding DNA, washing DNA and eluting DNA. Genomic DNA purified with this kit can be used for PCR, qPCR, enzyme digestion, Southern Blot, etc.
