产品描述:Fluoromount-G®封片剂是一种水溶性化合物,该荧光封片剂水溶性好,可在实验最后封片时使用。由于Fluoromount-G®封片剂是水溶性的,因此可将载玻片浸入PBS溶液中,直到盖玻片松开,从而移开盖玻片。使用该荧光封片剂可以减少荧光淬灭,便于更好的分析实验结果。

封片是将组织切片封固保存于载玻片与盖玻片之间,使之不与空气发生接触,防止其氧化、褪色,利于镜检观察及保存。不可逆的光漂白会造成荧光信号的损失,从而导致灵敏度降低,尤其在靶标分子丰度较低、激发光较强或激发持续时间长时,表现得非常明显。SouthernBiotech公司专i ]开发出的Fluorescent-G系列是抗荧光淬灭封片剂为您解决荧光信号淬灭问题。该系列荧光封片剂水溶性好,包括偶联DAPI荧光封片剂和不带偶联的荧光封片剂,可在实验最后后封片时使用。使用该偶联DAPI荧光封片剂不仅可以减少荧光淬灭,还可同时将细胞核染成蓝色,以将封片和复染-步完成。便于更好的分析实验结果。

 

操作流程:

1、准备好染色后的切片或爬片。

2、去除样本周围多余的液体,加入1滴(~50ul)封片剂,覆盖区域22x22mm。

3、盖上盖玻片,去除多余的封片剂。

4、空气中晾干5min后检测。
