Product Specific Information

Product AWS0005 has been successfully used in Immunofluorescence (IF) applications at a dilution from 1:100-1:1,000.

In order to increase specificity of the antibody and eliminate background staining, Product AWS0005 has been purified by cross-adsorption or pre-adsorption against mouse IgG, mouse serum and human serum. This secondary antibody was conjugated with Alex Fluor 488 dye. Firstly, Alex Fluor 488 dye is well-known as it is a bright, green-fluorescent dye with excitation ideally suited to the 488 nm laser line. Additionally, to obtain stable signal generation in imaging and flow cytometry, Alexa Fluor 488 dye is pH-insensitive over a wide molar range.

Before use please centrifuge solution briefly in a microcentrifuge.

Store product at -20°C, in the dark.

Avoid repeated thawing and freezing.
